Scot and Jennifer Deckard are Indiana natives and have lived in Northeast Indiana all their lives. They have four children - ages 10 to 4, a golden retriever named Widget and a guinea pig named Lennie.

Scot graduated from University of Northwestern Ohio and has 15 years experience in the field of HVAC and 11 years of experience in property management. Scot continues to attend training classes on different systems and new equipment. He likes to stay up-to-date on all the latest HVAC news. Scot also like gadgets and is very current with all the latest technology. Although hard copies and mailing will still be available, one of his goals is to go wireless and paperless in most of the business operations.

Jennifer is a 2000 graduate of IPFW with a B.S. Education from Indiana University and a 1994 graduate of North Side High School. She is currently working on a business degree at Ivy Tech. Her role within the company is that of the office manager. She is responsible for scheduling, billing, marketing, and other related tasks.

Scot and Jennifer are active in their community. Scot is a member of Wayne Lodge, the Scottish Rite and a Shriner. He also is the President of Lake Forest Neighborhood Association and a member of the German Heritage Society. Jennifer is a member of Pi Beta Phi, the Fort Wayne Track Club and works with the Generosity Project - Common Ground of Fort Wayne. Both are members of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana.
